HOW TO RETURN

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return a product, please follow this process:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.

• To initiate a return, email us at: hlvd.ph@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged

After approval, we will provide return instructions. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
